You follow Cage's directions and arrive at Tokyo Nights. The shop is indeed small and full of cliche Japanese items, like anime figurines and fake samurai swords. A man behind the counter greets you with a smile. "Welcome to Tokyo Nights!"

You turn to Cage and ask him how to get to 8th street. He gives you a quick nod. "Head south on this road until you see the big neon sign for 'Tokyo Nights' on your left. Turn right there and keep going until you reach 8th."

As Thangkred starts to ask around the bar, one of the deck jockeys who just walked in catches his eye. The deck jockey is a young woman with neon green hair and a wild look in her eyes. "Hey there, cutie. What can I do you for?" she asks flirtatiously as she saunters over to Thangkred. "You looking for something specific?" she continues.

As Thangkred snaps his fingers, nothing seems to happen. The NPCs around him glance at him briefly before continuing on with their business. However, nearby there is a neon-lit bar and upon entering he sees an array of liquor bottles behind the counter.

Thangkred walks up to the vending machine and requests for a gunblade. The machine doesn't seem to respond to his request.

Ratz turns his head to face Wrewdison and greets him with a nod. "Herr Wrewdison, welcome back. What can I get for you tonight?"

In response to the roar outside and the potential danger it represents, Wrewdison snaps his fingers and transforms himself into a tall, mirrored figure with a man-like shape. The surface of the mirror emits a soft light, creating a dazzling effect in the dimly lit environment. Wrewdison knows that Zeb's powers are unpredictable, so he decides to use his own power to create a reflective surface which should be able to reflect any energy attack that might come his way.

As Zeb stands up, he looks towards the creature, and with a sudden surge of incredible power, beams of energy burst out of his eyes, tearing apart the creature and reducing it to ashes in mere moments. The energy surges continue for a few seconds, causing the surrounding rubble and debris to shake and fall. When Zeb finishes, he is standing alone, still surrounded by his eerie aura. The air is filled with the sharp scent of ozone and charred debris.

Zeb quickly kicks the door of the glass cylinder shut, sealing himself inside. The creature roars and charges at the cylinder, but as it hits it, the energy from the device surges out and forms a protective bubble around Zeb and the cylinder, bouncing the creature back. The device glows brighter and brighter, and strange sounds reverberate through the warehouse.

Wrewdison looks at the strange device with awe and curiosity. Although an omnipotent, he can't recognize the machine's purpose immediately. The machine is covered in buttons and dials, with cables running from it across the floor into the rubble and a tall glass cylinder at one end.
