Thraeryn reaches out to grab the scrolls, but as his hand comes close, an unseen force pushes them away, sending them floating out of reach. It seems that the power guarding the scrolls is still active, preventing Thraeryn from claiming them. He will need to find another way to acquire the scrolls.
