As time passes, the door to the Chatsubo swings open and a new figure walks in. It's a tall, slim man with a cybernetic eye and slicked-back hair. He takes a seat at the bar next to Zeb and nods to Ratz, who pours him a shot without asking. The newcomer takes the shot and sets the glass down with a clink.
