Zeb sits at the bar of Chat, a small, dimly lit bar filled with electronic music and deck jockeys. Ratz, the gruff bartender with a shaven head and robotic arm, pours Zeb a mug of hot coffee. Zeb, a bearded man with a spikey mohawk, wears a sleeveless black shirt and loose pants with lots of pockets. A drunk man sleeps in a pool of his own drool nearby.
