The Corpo Manager lies on the ground, dazed from the blow. Though his armored vest has absorbed some of the impact, the hit to his head has left him disoriented and struggling to regain his senses. He is in no condition to fight back or flee, the mace strike having effectively incapacitated him for the moment.
