As Roger Wilco approaches the buzzard, he asks if it would be willing to perform a rather unusual task. The buzzard looks at him with beady eyes and lets out a raspy caw, seemingly uninterested in Roger's request. The buzzard then takes flight, circling above the wasteland road. It seems the buzzard is not willing to fulfill Roger's request at this time.
