Dial-Up Connection Under Bridge
You pull out your dusty old terminal, the keys worn from the countless hours of typing. It still has the old acoustic coupler modem that you need to use to connect to the enigmatic hacker BBS. You place the phone's receiver into the modem's rubber cups and begin the process:
```
ATDT 555-0192
```
The terminal screen starts to flicker, initiating the dial-up sequence.
**Simulated Modem Sounds**:
```
beeeep-ksshhhhhhh...KRRR-KRRRR...CHHHHH...beeep-beeeep-bop-bop-kshh
```
After a series of high-pitched beeps and white noise, the connection gets through, the terminal screen goes blank for a moment, and finally the BBS welcome screen starts to load.
